Made from 33% thicker neoprene that does an even better job of sealing out the elements,and featuring a cuff taht now comes all the way up to just under the calf muscle.The raw edge at the top creates a better seal against the skin to keep water from getting in.Sealed seams work just like a wetsuit and add splash protection from rain and wet roads.The Diluvio Pro also feature a reflective strip at the heel to help increase visibility in low-light conditions.
